I am a wife, mom of three, mother-in-law to two, "Kiki" to a radiant grandbaby, friend to five "bonus" amazing grandkids, a puppy lover and surrounded by the most incredible "tribe" on the planet!

I was born in New York City and later raised in Southern California, which has always felt like my home. I love coastal life and being by the ocean. I moved to Utah where I live surrounded by the most beautiful mountains! I love Nature!

I attended the University of California, Irvine and later Brigham Young University. I treasure my opportunity to study with Dr. Henry Ealy at Energetic Health Institute and graduated with a Certification of Holistic Nutrition.

I am honored to be working with individuals taking on their lives at a deep emotional level, literally on the journey of letting go of fixed ego-mind limiting beliefs and reconnecting to their hearts, where truly Light and wisdom reside. For almost 3 decades I have witnessed transformation and healing in small and large group setting, experiencing people transform.

I am blessed to be on the Board of Autism Health, a 501(c)(3) that assists families with children experiencing neuroinflammation, neurodevelopment disorders and especially unreliable to non-speaking dependent children or adults with apraxia. AH is involved in research and solutions for these children and families.

I have experienced my own healing journey and witness the declining quality of life and health with those around me and especially our children. This accelerated my fire and passion for healing. I went on the journey to find what no one could tell me.

I feel that everything is created Spiritually first and ripples down through our Mental, Emotional and Physical bodies.

Thoughts are things. Words have power.!

I have experienced the body's power to heal! It is "miraculous" when I just get out of the way, give it Organic Nutrient Dense food and remove and toxins what happens!

I love to be out in nature hiking, exploring, paddle boarding and especially anything to do with the sun, beach and ocean! My heart is overflowing when I spend time with my family and sacred friendships, sit in my purple Jeep Wrangler with my grandbaby as he "drives" as we blast the Beach Boys on the radio and when skipping rocks with my 23-year-old "bonus" grandson. I am grateful every day for the blessing and opportunities that God blesses me with.
